Over the great door of an old, old church which stood in a quiet town of a faraway land there was carved in stone the figure of a large griffin. The old-time sculptor had done his work with great care, but the image he had made was not a pleasant one to look at. It had a large head, with enormous open mouth and savage teeth; from its back arose great wings, armed with sharp hooks and prongs; it had stout legs in front, with projecting claws.

I am born in and raised in South Africa. At the age of eight years old, my family and I moved to the Netherlands. I always left a part of me in South Africa and Cape Town feels like my second home. These last couple of years I have spent my days 40/60 in Cape Town – the Netherlands. With my business Lief vir jou (which means ‘I love you’ in Afrikaans), I’m the one who realizes your dream wedding in and around Cape Town. As a wedding planner, I take care of everything: from finding your dream venue to arranging the chairs at the ceremony. I will make sure that you have the wedding of your dreams.
Besides this, I’m also available to arrange your honeymoon or to help you with your editorial or campaign shoots in South Africa. My favorite city in South Africa is obviously Cape Town. The city truly amazes you, it’s a feeling so untouchable and unexplainable that I decided to specialize in destination weddings in this unique city, to celebrate endless love stories!
